Xponent21 is seeking a tech-savvy developer with deep front-end development experience as well as thorough knowledge and experience developing for WordPress and similar content management platforms.

The winning candidate will be responsible for providing solutions for a variety of front-end systems to facilitate successful transactions on client websites. Troubleshooting of more advanced website problems will also be a common responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Research and deploy advanced WordPress functionality using out-of-the-box tools.
• Customize native functions of WordPress and popular WordPress Themes and Plugins
• Develop custom tools that facilitate customer self-service on client websites.
• Connect WordPress websites to open APIs and using other automation tools such as Zapier.
• Move & deploy WordPress installations
• Regularly test and implement software updates related to WordPress core, plugins, or theme files.
• Address website bugs or problems related to themes, plugins, or hosting environments.
• Research, learn, and implement the latest WordPress software and coding updates.
• Document code, solutions, and methodologies for future reference or team member use.
• Manage advanced DNS Operations, hosting configurations and database operations
• Troubleshoot website failures, including security-related breaches and attacks
• Manage client web design/development projects, including strategy, development, and integrations.
• Conduct remote website training sessions with clients after launching new sites.
• Communicate with the team and with clients about projects and support requests.
• Advise sales team and account representatives on existing client opportunities.
• Ongoing A/B and multivariate testing for managed accounts with the goal of improving outcomes.

Skills Required

• Minimum 5 years of WordPress experience
• Experience building sites using page builders such as Cornerstone and Elementor
• xperience developing responsive design websites
• Comfortable working with debugging tools like Chrome inspector, Firebug, , etc.
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working pages
• Experience developing with PHP, Javascript, CSS3, and HTML5
• Experience with DNS changes
• Experience with data connectivity and pixel set up
• Experience with APIs and cross-platform integration
• WPEngine and SiteGround setup
• Experience with WooCommerce plus associated extensions
• Considerable experience developing mobile user experiences
• Experience with conversion rate optimization and Google Analytics

The Bookkeeper will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our agency. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a part-time position, requiring up to 10 hours per week. The specific work schedule is flexible.

The ideal candidate will be based in Richmond, Virginia, but the work will be remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process and record vendor invoices, employee expenses, and client payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the finance committee to ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory requirements.
