At St. Joseph’s Villa, that means organization-wide AI readiness discovery, staff listening sessions across every department, and now the policy and workflow work that comes after: building the professional and clinical AI use policies the organization needs, and untangling manual data re-entry between systems like their admissions portal, care platform, and HR tools.

At UGK Community First, we’re applying AI-assisted development to build a new platform supporting food-access programs funded through VCU Health, from recipe and meal-kit tools to volunteer and impact tracking. It’s a different kind of AI integration: using AI in how we build, not just advising on how a client should use it.
