What She Does at Xponent21

As the second hire at Xponent21, Courtney has played a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the company, building a high-performing team, and designing systems that drive efficiency, elevate service delivery, and produce outsized results for clients. Today, she operates at the intersection of analytics, work management, and operations, blending strategic thinking with hands-on support to keep the business running smoothly.

With a background in scientific research, Courtney brings a methodical, data-informed approach to solving business challenges. She’s known for her calm, compassionate leadership style and her knack for distilling complex problems into practical solutions. Whether mentoring a colleague or fine-tuning a process, Courtney is deeply committed to helping others succeed.

She holds master’s degrees in Biology and in Psychology/Neuroscience from the College of William & Mary and Yale University, respectively. Her academic career includes authoring more than a dozen peer-reviewed publications. Offline, Courtney is an avid reader, plant whisperer, and Peloton enthusiast who does her best to keep up with her spirited mini Aussie.
