Outside of work, Will is intricately involved in the Richmond community, with a personal goal of helping elevate Richmond as one of the healthiest cities in the United States. He is a Leadership Metro Richmond Quest Program Alum (Class of 2020), Housing Families First Board Member and Capital Campaign Co-Chair, and ChamberRVA Marketing Committee Member.
