Project Overview & Objectives:
Richmond Nonprofit Website Design
Mary Morton Parsons was looking for a digital marketing agency in Richmond, Virginia, to help redesign their website to:
- provide clear guidance to grant applicants
- reduce the volume of unqualified applications received
- minimize the amount of manual work required by the MMPF team to process applications
Our Approach:
We created content to clarify the grant process for applicants, including providing a set of frequently asked questions and answers, a stepwise overview of the application process, and a checklist of all of the documents and information needed to complete the online application.
KEY RESULTS:
The client was so thrilled with the website development experience and the outcome that they have already referred another nonprofit to Xponent21 for digital marketing and web design and development services: The Edward M. Dowd Foundation!

I highly recommend Xponent21. Our project manager Jillian was so personable and responsive, and the entire team worked closely with us to provide a site that met all the criteria we were looking for. They listened to everything we needed and wanted in a new website then delivered it in a timely and efficient manner. The end result was a website that is attractive, organized, and easy to navigate. The response to our new website has been overwhelmingly positive and we could not be happier! I would happily work with them again. Thanks, Xponent21
