It depends on how much documented process your task has. Chat is for thinking and drafting where your judgment drives every step. Projects is for work that benefits from standing context like brand guidelines and client files. Cowork is for tasks you can describe well enough to delegate and review. Claude Code is for tasks that run the same way every time, documented as a system. The Onboarding Test sorts any marketing task into the right tier. If you can write the onboarding guide for it, it belongs at the tier the documentation supports.
