Summer 2025 | Paid | Part-Time (with Full-Time Potential) | Hybrid – Richmond, VA
Xponent21 is offering a hands-on, immersive internship for an emerging video editor who’s ready to bring ideas to life across screens, platforms, and media formats. This opportunity is designed for post-graduates or recent grads looking to build real-world experience in a fast-paced agency setting while supporting both client work and Xponent21’s in-house creative initiatives.
As our Summer Creative Media Intern, you’ll play an integral role in producing compelling visual content that fuels both client success and the advancement of Xponent21’s internal initiatives — including Richmond Water, America’s Healthiest City, Channel RVA, and other in-house campaigns and brand efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with our Executive Producer and Creative Director to bring strategic visual stories to life across mediums.
This is a paid, part-time internship based in Richmond with hybrid flexibility. For the right candidate, this role has the potential to evolve into a permanent position on our creative team.
