Springline Advisory, founded in 2023, approached us to replace their HubSpot landing page with a comprehensive website that would serve as their firm’s virtual front door and “center of gravity.” Their goals were to establish brand credibility, build authority with key stakeholders, and highlight the services and capabilities of their acquired mid-market accounting and advisory firms. They turned to Xponent21 for our ability to craft high-impact, strategic websites tailored to organizations seeking to amplify their mission and connect with their audiences.

To help Springline achieve their vision, we combined strategic insight, creative problem-solving, and technical expertise to deliver a site that is vibrant, people-focused, and future-ready. Springline sought to differentiate themselves from competitors with a website that reflected their innovative “Scale + Soul” business model, showcasing that private equity-backed growth can preserve and enhance firm culture.

Here’s how we brought their vision to life:

  • Motion and Interactivity: Our team introduced dynamic elements, including custom animated icons, an animated logo, and a “Scale + Soul” graphic to bring their brand to life online. Transition effects added an engaging user experience throughout the site.
  • “Watch Us Grow”: We built a dynamic page showcasing Springline’s expanding network of firms, employees, and offices while emphasizing the people behind their success. This feature highlights their innovative scaling approach and goal of becoming a Top 25 accounting and advisory firm in the U.S.
  • News & Insights Hub: Recognizing the need for a robust platform to share thought leadership, we built a tailored News & Insights page that supports diverse content types and formats. This elevated their ability to engage audiences with timely updates and insights.
  • People-Focused Design: To highlight their people-first culture, we used real team photography, featured leadership bios, and created an “Our Values” page showcasing volunteer photos and employee testimonials, bringing their culture to life.
  • Visualizing Innovation: A responsive Venn diagram on the homepage visually represented their unique business model, making it easy for stakeholders to understand their value proposition at a glance.

By combining strategic design with technical precision, we created a site that stands out from the static, formulaic websites typical in the industry.
