The client’s primary goals for their new website were to improve the visitor experience of using the site, boost visitor engagement, and drive more online leads for their business.
Achieving our client’s goals for the project involved a multi-faceted approach to modernize the look and function of the site. To improve UX and engagement, we restructured the site’s content strategy to simplify the navigation experience, and we reworked the copy to better convey the story of Virginia Artesian’s family roots, sustainability advancements, and community impact. We also developed an interactive tool for visualizing custom label designs and enhanced the site’s search engine optimization for improved visibility online.
