Richmond Community Impact

As business strategists, we understand that a growing city supports a growing business, and a healthy city supports healthy businesses. This simple concept is why we believe contributing our time, talents, and resources to the Richmond community is a good business investment. Not to mention the myriad social, psychological, and emotional rewards we receive as individuals by being connected to our community.

A Partnership Between Xponent21, Housing Families First, & The Richmond Flying Squirrels

Xponent21 CEO Will Melton connected with Housing Families First through Leadership Metro Richmond (LMR)’s Class of 2020. His LMR immersion group’s research on food equity identified housing as the most critical factor in ensuring consistent access to healthy food.

Determined to make a difference, Xponent21 partnered with The Richmond Flying Squirrels to support Housing Families First, the largest shelter for families with children in the region. We donated for every Xtra Base Hit during the 2022-2024 seasons. While the program has ended, we’re proud of the impact we made in helping families find permanent homes.
