As our Director of Client Services, Chuck provides coaching, direction, and leadership to our account strategists and digital strategists, in addition to working directly with clients to deliver outsized results. Hailed on the team as a PPC virtuoso, Chuck is always on top of the latest changes and trends in digital advertising, and he consistently achieves conversion rates that blow industry standards out of the water.
In addition to being an innovative digital strategist, Chuck is a celebrated leader on the Xponent21 team. One of his greatest leadership strengths is being a good listener. He takes client concerns and insights to heart in his work, he’s always willing to offer guidance for a teammate in need, and he remains calm and collected while steering the ship.
When not at work, you can find him playing guitar in his rock band, watching sports, doing home improvement projects, or enjoying a local craft brew.
