Should my B2B business be on LinkedIn?

If you sell B2B, yes, and for most companies it is the only social channel worth serious investment. Your buyers, their bosses, your competitors, and your future employees are all there, and the platform’s targeting and search make it usable for prospecting as well as publishing.

Prioritize in a specific order, starting with individual employee accounts posting consistently, then the company page as a credibility backstop, then LinkedIn Ads if you have a defined account list and budget. Personal posts from a founder or a subject matter expert outperform company page posts by a wide margin. Native text, document, photo, and video posts still tend to outperform link posts, so put the URL in the comments or a follow-up rather than the post body.
