This depends on your brand more than any fixed number we could quote across the board. Three factors have the greatest impact on this:
- how much you want to review before content goes live,
- whether your content leans visual, and
- whether you have a single point of contact for coordination.
Review preference varies the most between clients. Some want to see every post before it’s published, especially early in the relationship. Others set brand guidelines with us upfront, then step back and let our team run independently, weighing in only occasionally. Both approaches work, and we adapt to whichever cadence fits, though a full-review process shapes how far ahead we can plan the content calendar.
Content sourcing depends on what you’re posting. Visual, product-based brands need a steady supply of photos, video, or product samples, since we can’t create that kind of asset without you. Brands without a product to visually feature typically shift toward team-oriented and behind-the-scenes content instead, which requires coordinating with whoever on your team can supply quotes, photos, or updates. That’s easiest when one point of contact gathers those pieces rather than several people we’re chasing individually.
We determine where you land on each of these factors during onboarding, and we build the social review process around your needs. The time commitment follows from those choices.
