Maybe, and a basic version is worth doing yourself. You can inventory every account, find duplicates and unclaimed handles, check profile completeness and link accuracy, pull twelve months of engagement data, and note where competitors are active and what they are posting. That takes a day or two and answers the obvious questions about whether anything is broken.
What a DIY social audit cannot tell you is whether social is your actual constraint. In most audits we run, the real problem sits upstream of social. Unclear positioning, a website that does not convert the traffic social sends it, technical issues suppressing organic search, or a lead handoff that loses inquiries between the form and the follow-up.
A full technical and content audit costs more and takes longer, but it tells you whether spending more on social is the right move.
