Project Overview & Objectives:

Managed Services Group was looking for a digital marketing agency in Richmond to replace their original website with a performance-designed site that would set the MSG brand apart from its many competitors in the Richmond area and fuel business growth.

Our Approach:

To deliver on the client’s goals, the new site needed to incorporate an elevated design that conveyed professionalism and inspired confidence in the brand. It also needed strategic content that explained the business’s full service offering, was optimized for search placement, and compelled users to take action.

We were also able to convey the brand’s professional, but fun personality by using a touch of humor in the top-level messaging. This not only engages users’ attention from the jump, but also favorably distinguishes Managed Services Group from other home improvement contractors in the Richmond area.

KEY RESULTS:

The client’s new website has climbed to the top of search results for keyword queries related to moisture control, waterproofing, insulation, and basement repair services in the Richmond and Midlothian area. In the year following the launch of the new site:

  • it has captured the top organic spot for 9 important keywords
  • it has achieved first page organic placement for 15 targeted keywords
  • the site’s visibility in search engines is up 26%
  • its average position on search engine results pages has improved by 42 spots (that’s 5 pages of results!!)
This has resulted in client-reported massive growth in online leads, and ultimately, has supported the client’s business growth just as we set out to accomplish via our digital marketing strategy.
