What He Does at Xponent21
Franklin is a Richmond, VA, native and University of Virginia alum. He has a longstanding interest in math and a passion for creativity, both of which he brings to the fore in his role as Client Success Manager at Xponent21. Franklin’s goal is to make clients the hero of their journey at Xponent21 and to ensure that every customer gets the value they are promised. With a knack for problem solving and overcoming challenges, Franklin is passionate about finding innovative ways to educate clients and provide them with the tools and support they need to thrive. Franklin notes that celebrating clients’ victories is the most rewarding part of his role.
Before joining the Xponent21 team, Franklin spent several years in Nashville, TN, working for a music startup, where he assisted with artist management, social media content strategy, marketing, and public relations. After returning to the Richmond area in 2017, he worked in the commercial real estate industry as a Client Relationship Consultant and Transaction Specialist.
Before the workday begins, Franklin is up and at ‘em early as a member of the “5 AM club”. He fits in a lap swimming workout each morning year-round! In his free time he enjoys tending his garden, DIY house projects, and playing the piano.
